Chocolate Protein Porridge Bowl
Super easy, super yummy sweet breakfast inspo for you this morning 💛 full of good fats, protein and fibre, and ready in less than 10min:
🌾 Ingredients:
30 gr porridge oats
10 gr flaxseed
2 tbsp Tarwi More Than Protein: Rich Cocoa
1 banana
60-80 ml water or milk of your choice
🥜 Toppings (optional):
Pomegranate seeds
Nut butter
🥣 Method:
1. Place the oats, flaxseed, Tarwi Protein Powder, sliced banana and water into a saucepan over a medium heat. Cook for 5-10 minutes until everything comes together - you may want to add a dash more water or milk of your choice if the mixture becomes too thick.
2. Once you get your desired consistency, serve in a bowl with your favourite toppings 🤩😋
