Watermelon, Feta + Lummus & Basil salad
The most delicious, fresh recipe for a sunny day 🍉🌿☀️

- Time: 15 min
- Serves 2-3
- 1/2 Mini Watermelon Chopped in cubes
- 1/2 Cucumber Chopped
- 1/2 Block of Vegan Feta Chopped in cubes
- 1 tbsp Basil and Mint Leaves Chopped
- 2 tbsp Lummus & Basil
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Lime juice
- 1 tbs Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- In a bowl add the chopped watermelon, cucumber, feta and the basil and mint leaves finely chopped.
- Then start to prepare the dressing by combining all the ingredients, add to the salad and mix everything until combined.
