Viral Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Meet our own version of the Viral Tiramisu Chia Pudding 😍
🕗Prep time: 5 min
🕗 Soak time: at least 4 hours or overnight
🍴Serves: 1
☕️Ingredients:
-200g yoghurt
-3 tbsp chia seeds
-2 tbsp more than Protein: Vanilla
-1 shot coffee
-2 tsp cocoa powder
🥣Method:
1. In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine the yoghurt, chia seeds, coffee and protein powder. Stir thoroughly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
2. Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding-like consistency.
3. Before serving, sprinkle with a generous amount of cocoa powder.
4. Enjoy!
