Tiramisu Overnight Oats

🕒 Hydration Time: at least 2 hours or overnight

🍴 Serves: 1 portion

🍫 Ingredients:
60g fine oat flakes
1 tbsp of chia seeds
2 tbsp (30g) of more than Protein: Intense Cocoa
120ml milk of your choice
1 (60ml) espresso coffee


🍫 Toppings:
120g natural skyr-type yogurt or natural yogurt
1 tbsp (15g) more than Protein: Vanilla
Low-fat cocoa powder for sprinkling

🥣 Preparation:
1. In a medium bowl or container, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, protein powder, coffee, and milk. Stir well to ensure everything is well combined and has a creamy texture.

2. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. This will allow the chia seeds and oats to absorb the liquid and acquire a pudding-like consistency.

3. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the vanilla protein powder until you have a creamy mixture.

4. Before serving, sprinkle with a generous amount of cocoa powder.
