Creamy, sweet and delicious π The banana gives it a smooth texture, while the vanilla protein powder adds a rich taste. Plus it is high in protein & fiber so it will keep you full for longer!

π Ingredients :
30g oatmeal porridge
10 gr flaxseed
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 tbsp Tarwi More Than Protein: Vanilla
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (plus more for sprinkling on top)
60-80 ml of water or milk of your choice.
π₯£ Method :
1. Place all of the ingredients into a small pan over a medium-low heat.
2. Cook, stirring frequently until warm and creamy. This should take around 5-10 minutes. You can add a dash more water or milk if it becomes too thick.
3. Once cooked, scoop the hot porridge into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings - this time we kept it simple with just a sprinkling of cinnamon powder, but feel free to add whatever you like!
