Creamy Banana & Vanilla Porridge

Creamy, sweet and delicious 😋 The banana gives it a smooth texture, while the vanilla protein powder adds a rich taste. Plus it is high in protein & fiber so it will keep you full for longer!

🍴 Serves: 1
🍌 Ingredients:
30 gr porridge oats
10 gr flaxseed
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 tbsp Tarwi More Than Protein: Vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (+ more to sprinkle on top)
60-80 ml water or milk of your choice
🥣 Method:
1. Place all of the ingredients into a small pan over a medium-low heat.
2. Cook, stirring frequently until warm and creamy. This should take around 5-10 minutes. You can add a dash more water or milk if it becomes too thick.
3. Once cooked, spoon the hot porridge into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings - this time we kept it simple just with a sprinkling cinnamon powder, but feel free to add whatever you like!
