Super easy, super yummy sweet breakfast inspo for you this morning π full of good fats, protein and fiber, and ready in less than 10min:
πΎ Ingredients :
30g oatmeal porridge
10 gr flaxseed
2 tbsp Tarwi More Than Protein: Rich Cocoa
1 banana
60-80 ml of water or milk of your choice.
π₯ Toppings (optional):
pomegranate seeds
nut butter
π₯£ Method :
1. Place the oats, flaxseed, Tarwi Protein Powder, sliced ββbanana, and water into a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until everything comes together. You may want to add a little more water or milk of your choice if the mixture becomes too thick.
2. Once you get your desired consistency, serve in a bowl with your favorite toppings π€©π
