This was a recent team find - & we can't get enough 🤩 so easy yet so so delicious! Simply stir 150g of natural kefir yoghurt with 2 tbsp of Rich Cocoa protein powder and you have yourself a delicious chocolate mousse in less than 5min 🙌
We love using kefir because it is slightly more “watery” than regular yogurt. As a bonus, paired with the high fiber content of the protein powder, you are giving yourself a gut health bomb 💥 win-win-win!
