Chocolate-covered raspberries prove that a snack can be both delicious and nutritious. Here, the 'chocolate' is made with just Tarwi Cocoa Protein and hot water, creating a creamy, rich, and entirely plant-based coating.

The result is small protein treats, full of fiber and essential minerals, perfect to always have in the freezer and grab whenever you feel like a quick, balanced and flavorful sweet treat.

🕒 Freezer time: minimum 2 hours

🍴 Serves: 14 raspberries


Ingredients:

  • 14 raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons of More than Protein: Intense Cocoa
  • water as needed


🥣 Preparation:

1. In a bowl, add the coconut protein and gradually add water until you obtain a creamy consistency, similar to melted chocolate.

2. Dip the raspberries, one by one, coating them with the cocoa mixture.

3. Place them on a plate lined with baking paper and put them in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate solidifies.
