š“ Serves you : 3 pancakes
š„ Ingredients for 1 person:
1 banana
30g oats
cinnamon powder
1 tbsp terra flaxseed
2 tbsp Tarwi Vanilla Protein Powder
1 egg
š„£ Method:
1. Mash the banana with a fork, then add the rest of the ingredients and combine everything.
2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add large spoonfuls of the batter into the skillet. Cook the pancakes until bubbles appear on the surface. Gently lift and flip the pancakes. Cook for 1 more minutes.
3. Repeat the cooking process with the rest of the pancake batter.
4. Serve with banana slices and honey or with your favorite topping š
