Banana Pancakes Bites

🥞Ingredients:
3 bananas (1 banana per person)
65g flourÂ
65g more than Protein: VanillaÂ
235 ml milk of choiceÂ
2 eggs or flaxseed eggÂ
pinch of ground cinnamonÂ
1/2 tsp baking powderÂ
strawberriesÂ
honey or maple syrupÂ
🥣Method:
1. In a large bowl, add the flour, protein powder, milk, eggs, cinnamon and baking powder, and mix until well combined.Â
2. Slice the banana into coins.Â
3. Dip the banana into the pancake batter until it’s fully coated.Â
4. Cook both sides on medium heat.Â
5. Enjoy!Â
