Welcome to our 8th Edition of the Recipe Club!
The idea of the Recipe Club is simple : every month, we will give you one breakfast, one main, and one sweet treat. You can either batch-cook these dishes and use them as part of your weekly meal prep or cook any single recipe as a one-off for a quick and nutritious meal.
All the recipes in our Recipe Club are not just simple and delicious, but share the common goal of increasing your meal's protein and fiber content. It's our take on dishes you likely already know, but with our own Tarwi twist.

September always brings a "back to routine" mood, so we decided to focus on the basics: healthy, quick and simple - but delicious! - dishes to make your cooking more sustainable. Think overnight oats for breakfast, peedy pasta as a main, and tahini muffins as a sweet treat (cook in batches and freeze them to have it handy whenever you need it!) 🙌

We were once told that we eat the same 5 recipes on repeat. Hopefully, you'll find some favorites to add to your go-to meal repertoire.
