Scrambled Protein Oats

Ingredients:
30gr oats flakes
1 banana
1 tbsp more than Protein: Vanilla
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs
Butter, coconut or olive oil, to cook the oats
Toppings:
Natural or Greek-style yoghurt
Mixed berries
Peanut butter
🥣Method:
1. Start by mashing the banana and mixing it with oats, eggs, and a pinch of cinnamon and protein powder.
2. Melt the butter on the frying pan, then spread the oat mixture evenly. Flatten it with the back of a spoon and cook for 3–4 minutes until the base turns golden.
3. Break up the mixture with a spatula, turning it into a scramble. Continue cooking for another 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
4. Serve your scrambled oats with a dollop of non-fat Greek yoghurt, a handful of fresh berries, and a peanut butter drizzle.
