Lummus Bagel

Serves: 1 portion

Ingredients:
1 bagel 
1-2 tbsp Lummus Basil
4-6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
salt & pepper to taste
sesame seeds (optional)
drizzle of olive oil


Method:
1. Toast the bagel until golden. 
2. Spread a generous layer of Lummus Basil on each half.
3. Add the sliced tomatoes on top, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
