Christmas Crown by Ana Rita Mateus

If you are looking for a beautiful, festive and flavourful starter for your Christmas table, this Christmas Crown created by Ana Rita Mateus is the perfect choice.
We challenged her to develop a special recipe for this season and the result could not be more delicious.
The secret is in the Tarwi touch: a filling made with basil lummus, which blends perfectly with the crispy puff pastry, cherry tomatoes and melted cheese. It's simple to prepare, visually irresistible and one of those starters that quickly disappears from the table.
A recipe designed to impress and share with your loved ones this festive season.
