Chocolate Brownie Banana Bread Baked Oats (single serve)

🍫Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
100ml of milk of choice
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g oats flakes
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
3 tbsp more than Protein: Rich Cocoa
chocolate chips + extra to sprinkler on top

🥣 Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.  

2. Place the banana in a small baking tray and mash it with a fork. Add the milk, egg, and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.

3. Add the dry ingredients: oats, baking powder, protein powder, chocolate chips, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir everything together until you have a creamy mixture.

4. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top, then bake for 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean but slightly fudgy.

5. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
