Eggless omelette anyone? 🍳 2 ingredients, delicious, and such an easy way to change your egg game + add plants to your diet without sacrificing the protein.

Fun fact: the inspiration came from besan chilla, a stamp in Indian cooking πŸ₯°


πŸ•’ Time : 15 min
🍴 Serves : 1

🍳 Ingredients :
30 gr More Than Protein: Pure Lupine
1 tbsp buckwheat flour
black pepper
5 tbsp water
olive oil, for frying
red pepper, cubes
parsley for garnish
cheese of choice, to sprinkle

πŸ₯£ Method :
1. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until a smooth batter. In a pan over medium heat add a dash of olive oil and pour in your lupine mixture and cook until golden brown.
2. Add the red pepper, parsley, a cheese of choice and fold it in half.
3. Serve and enjoy! 🀩
