Eggless Omelette
Eggless omelette anyone? 🍳 2 ingredients, delicious, and such an easy way to change your egg game + add plants to your diet without sacrificing the protein.
Fun fact: inspo came from the besan chilla, a staple in Indian cooking 🥰

🍳 Ingredients:
30 gr More Than Protein: Pure Lupin
1 tbsp buckwheat flour
black pepper
5 tbsp water
olive oil, to fry
red pepper, cubes
parsley to garnish
cheese of choice, to sprinkle
🥣 Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until a smooth batter. In a pan over medium heat add a dash of olive oil and pour in your lupin mixture and cook until golden brown.
2. Add the red pepper, parsley, a cheese of choice and fold it in half.
3. Serve and enjoy! 🤩
